5.1 Ownership of Contributions
By submitting, posting, or sharing any comments, feedback, data, text, or ideas (collectively, “Contributions”) to the Bridging the Abyss project or any section of crownpointadvisorygroup.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that such Contributions are provided on a non-confidential basis. You hereby grant Crown Point Advisory Group LLC (the “Company”) a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Contributions in any media, including but not limited to the final published version of the book Bridging the Abyss: Navigating the AGI Transition and related GTM Playbooks.
5.2 Waiver of Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that you shall have no recourse against the Company for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Contributions. You waive any moral rights or rights of attribution in your Contributions, though the Company may, at its sole discretion, choose to acknowledge individual contributors in the final Work. You acknowledge that you will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or equity in the Company or the Work in exchange for your Contributions.
5.3 No Joint Authorship or Partnership
Your participation in the crowdsourcing or stress-testing of this Work does not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company or Andrew Victor Miller. You agree that you are not a co-author of the Work under U.S. Copyright Law or any other jurisdiction’s intellectual property statutes.
5.4 Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control all rights to the Contributions you post; (ii) the Contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not violate any third-party confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements; and (iii) the Contributions do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of any third party.
Section 6: Changes to These Terms
Crown Point Advisory Group LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
